Before You Order - A Gentle Reminder
Products purchased during SALE, promotions, discount events, or offer periods are
strictly nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.
This includes discounted items, promotional bundles, and complimentary products.


Eligibility Window
To ensure a smooth and timely experience:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all requests.


Product Condition Requirements
To uphold the integrity and luxury of our pieces, returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Remain free from stains, damage, fragrance, or alterations.


Items that do not meet inspection standards will be returned to the customer without refund.


Non-Returnable Items
For fairness, the following items are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Complimentary or promotional products
  • Products labelled “Final Sale”


Return & Exchange Process
1. Email us at ggcouture@gmail.com with:
o Your order number
o Reason for return or exchange
o Clear images of the product
2. Once your request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
3. You may choose between:

o Selfshipping the product, OR
o Opting for a GG Couture pickup service (₹199 will be deducted from the
refund)
Important:
Shipping fees paid by the customer are nonrefundable.
Please ensure your order ID and name are clearly written on the return package.
Sharing return shipment tracking details is recommended for smooth processing.


Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must meet all return condition standards.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
  • Customers may selfship or request a pickup (nominal fee applies).

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after the product passes inspection.
  • Processing may take 7-10 working days from the date of return receipt.
  • Express shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • A processing fee of ₹199 applies to cover logistics and quality checks.


Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Please share your bank or UPI details along with the courier receipt for a smooth refund process
  • Refunds may take 10-15 days to reflect depending on your bank’s timeline


Treatment of Discounts:
If a coupon code or discount was applied during purchase, the discount value will be deducted in full from the refund or exchange amount -regardless of product quantity or
return value.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, with no additional cost to you.


GG Couture reserves the right to update or modify this return and exchange policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
