By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy (together, the “Policies”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1) Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” mean GG Couture.
• “Website” means our official site and digital interfaces.
• “Customer,” “you,” “your” mean the person accessing or using our Services.
• “Business Days” mean Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be 18 years or older (or using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian).
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
• We may, at our discretion, refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders to protect our customers, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.

3) Ordering & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing or content errors, payment verification issues, or operational constraints.
• Certain items such as made-to-order, personalized, or altered products, final sale products are not eligible for return or cancellation (as specified in our Policies).

4) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

• Prices displayed are in INR unless stated otherwise and are confirmed at checkout.
• GST and applicable taxes/duties are calculated as per prevailing law and shown at checkout.
• In the rare event of pricing or descriptive errors, we may contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel and refund you in full.

5) Payment Terms

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and COD (select locations).
• All electronic payments are processed via PCI‑compliant, trusted gateways. We do not store card or banking details.
• For COD, we may require additional verification.
• Repeated refusals or non-acceptance may lead to restrictions.
• If a transaction fails but is debited, banks typically reverse within 5-7 business days. Orders with incomplete payment cannot be confirmed.

6) Product Information, Craftsmanship & Variations

• Many GG Couture pieces are handcrafted, and subtle variations in color, texture, placement, or finish are a hallmark of artisanal work-not defects.
• Due to device display settings and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from images shown online.
• Measurement tolerances may apply; we recommend reviewing size guides and care instructions provided on product pages.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Orders are processed within the timelines indicated in our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, local conditions, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon handover to the carrier for certain services as per carrier terms.
• Incorrect addresses or customer unavailability may result in Return to Origin (RTO) and additional shipping fees for re‑delivery.

8) Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch (see Cancellation Policy).
• After dispatch, cancellations are typically not possible.
• Returns/Exchanges must meet eligibility windows and condition requirements detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Sale/discounted items, complimentary gifts, personalized or hygiene-related items may be non‑returnable.
• Shipping fees, processing fees, and COD convenience charges may be non‑refundable.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Only one promotion/coupon may be applied per order unless expressly stated.
• Promotions are valid only for the published duration and cannot be extended or adjusted post‑purchase.
• Misuse (multiple accounts, automation, fraudulent activity, or resale) may result in order cancellation, coupon deactivation, and account restrictions.
• Gift Cards/Store Credit (if offered) are redeemable as per their stated terms, are not redeemable for cash, and may have validity periods indicated at purchase.

10) User Content, Reviews & Conduct

• By submitting reviews, images, or feedback (“User Content”), you grant GG Couture a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotions, testimonials, and service improvement.
• You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
• We may edit, refuse, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our brand standards.

11) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Website’s security, integrity, or performance.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or purchase products.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or resale without authorization.
• Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

12) Intellectual Property

• The designs, images, logos, graphics, text, and overall look-and-feel of GG Couture are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Couture, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GG Couture and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of any third‑party rights.

19) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, acts of war, government orders, or disruptions to transportation or telecommunications.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Subject to applicable law, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• At our discretion, we may propose confidential arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; if adopted by both parties, the arbitral award shall be final and binding.

21) Severability, Waiver & Assignment

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of such right.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor as part of a restructuring or sale.

22) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Promotions & Gifting Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and GG Couture regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings.
