RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GG Couture, every piece is crafted with elegance and care. We aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience while maintaining transparency and fairness for both our customers and our brand. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Important Notice – Prepaid Orders Only
GG Couture accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Final Sale – Discounted & Offer Items
Products purchased during sale events, discounts, promotional offers, coupon usage, or as complimentary/free items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These are treated as final sale.
- Return / Exchange Request Window
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Product Condition for Any Return
Any product requested for return or exchange must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Products failing quality inspection will be sent back to the customer without any resolution.
- No Refund for Change of Mind
If the product is delivered in perfect condition and matches the order, refunds will not be provided for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Did not like the product
- Ordered by mistake
- Found a better price elsewhere
- No longer needed
In such cases, customers may opt only for exchange or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
- Return Pickup & Shipping for No-Fault Returns
For returns where there is no fault from GG Couture:
- Customers must contact GG Couture to request a return.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged only by GG Couture.
- A ₹199 reverse pickup and handling fee will be deducted from the exchange or store credit value.
- Self-shipping by customers is not allowed.
- Exchanges
- Customers may exchange with any product of equal or higher value.
- If the new product costs more, the difference must be paid.
- If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.
If the desired product is unavailable, a store credit coupon valid for 3 to 6 months will be issued.
- Refunds – Only for GG Fault Cases
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The product is damaged, incorrect, or missing, and
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and
- Our packing video confirms fault from GG Couture’s side.
- Packing Video as Final Proof
GG Couture records a full packing video for every order. Refund or replacement will be provided only if our packing video confirms the issue. If it shows correct dispatch, no refund or replacement will be applicable.
- Refund Mode & Timeline (If Applicable)
For approved cases, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days after verification to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5 to 10 working days.
- Policy Abuse
GG Couture reserves the right to reject requests or block accounts found misusing this policy.
- Policy Updates
GG Couture reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately once published.

No. For no-fault returns, customers must contact GG Couture and allow us to arrange the reverse pickup. This ensures safe transit, proper tracking, and quality checks. Self-shipped returns will not be accepted.
The ₹199 fee covers reverse pickup logistics, handling, and quality inspection costs for no-fault returns. This amount will be deducted from your exchange value or store credit.

We record packing videos for every order to ensure transparency and to protect both customers and GG Couture from errors or misuse. These videos act as final proof in case of disputes regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
For approved GG fault cases, refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 working days after verification. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take another 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
